Stacey Rutherford

I have worked in primary education for over 15 years and have gained extensive experience in both mainstream and specialist settings. I have completed the NPQML. I am passionate about providing high quality learning opportunities for all children and I have a deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. As an area of expertise, I have gained a sound understanding of effective Early Years provision and the pedagogical research that supports the learning of all children. In addition to this I have extensive experience of working with pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, including Autism, behavioural needs and learning delay. I have been successful in leading teams in raising attainment and progress and improving outcomes for all pupils. I am highly motivated to support colleagues in developing their own practise and create new ways of working, building on skills sets and developing growth and achievement in others.
