Castle Wood School
Castle Wood is a large broad spectrum special primary school (4-11 years) with 156 pupils over 19 classes,
We were formed in April 2008, as the result of the amalgamation of two special schools and moved to a new site and purpose-built premises in September 2010, co-located with Moat House Primary School.
Since September 2019 our school has been increasing. The school has been carefully planned to enable access for all pupils and we have purpose built facilities, such as; a hydrotherapy pool, soft play, forest school and outdoor learning spaces.
