During Covid-19 lockdowns only the children entitled to Free School Meals will receive supermarket vouchers so please check the information given on the Coventry City Council website https://www.coventry.gov.uk/info/54/benefits/168/free_school_meals to see if you may be eligible to apply due to your financial circumstances, even if your circumstances are only temporary.

If your child is in Reception, Year 1 or Year 2 they are eligible for Universal Free School Meals only while they are attending school. All children within these year groups across the country are entitled to receive a school meal. You will not be sent vouchers during lockdowns unless you apply to the Council using the link above and are successfully granted Free School Meal status which will last until they leave Castle Wood School.

We issue electronic Asda vouchers by email unless the Government decides to use a countrywide scheme again. These vouchers can be used in store or online to buy food for your child(ren).
