Annual Review Process
Annual Reviews will be led by the Class Teacher. You will be notified when your child's annual review is due to take place.
Please look out for the paperwork that will be arriving via email from School, and have a read through before your meeting. There will also be a questionnaire for you to have a look at so we can share your views. Once you have completed this, email it back to the School office and we will send it to SEN after the meeting. There will also be a reminder of the date and time of your meeting.
The Annual Review meetings will usually be held on Microsoft Teams and instructions on how to use this will be sent out with the paperwork and is also available on the School website. If you are unable to access this then we will hold the meeting over the phone. A calendar invite will be sent out from the class teacher which you need to accept in order for the meeting to take place.
When complete, all finished paperwork will be emailed to yourselves and to the SEN department within two weeks of the meeting.
