The schools vision is to be a place of known excellence for the education of special educational needs pupils. We are aware that this aspiration takes time and our trajectory – though steep- is achievable and backed by all staff. The notion of Together, Children first underpins our approach and is what makes up the lion’s share of our ethos. It is the idea that the children are the absolute priority (an oft cited but bot always enacted sentiment) and that their needs - being as complex as they are- require the whole Castle wood team to be successfully met.
